Day tickets
Adults: 10.00 euros
Children (from 6), pupils and students: 5.00 euros
People with disabilities from GdB 70 (upon presentation of official ID): 5.00 euros
Accompanying persons for people with disabilities: free of charge
Children under the age of six: free of charge
Family ticket Sunday
20.00 euros
The family ticket is valid ONLY on Sunday and is valid for two adults and at least one child.
Important note regarding the carrying of weapons
Please note that bringing your own weapons – even as part of your equipment or costume – is not permitted on the Historica Festival premises. This regulation is based on current official guidelines, according to which no exemptions are currently granted for carrying weapons at events such as ours.
We therefore kindly ask you to refrain from bringing any type of replica weapons, bladed weapons, firearms or similar items, even if they are part of your historical costume.
With your help, you can ensure that the Historica Festival runs safely and smoothly – and that we can all enjoy a wonderful festival full of history and encounters.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions
Where can I park?
Messe Kassel provides around 3,000 free parking spaces around its halls.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The Historica Festival is wheelchair accessible both inside the halls and in the outdoor areas, and also provides accessible toilets. The only exception is the auditorium, which is located on the first floor between Halls 2 and 3.
Can I bring my pet?
According to the Messe Kassel regulations, pets are not permitted at the Historica Festival.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, we provide a cloakroom. However, we accept no liability for items left there, as we do not have staff available to look after your jackets, coats, capes and other belongings.
Are there lockers?
Yes, there are a few lockers in the entrance area of Hall 1. A 1€ coin is required to use them, which is non-refundable.
Photography and video recording
During the Historica Festival, there will be photographers and videographers capturing the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to appear in these recordings. Children are exempt from this and, without explicit consent, will only be visible in the background of recordings.
